ENERGY COACH
FOR
PERFORMANCE ENHANCEMENT
As an
Energy Coach for Performance Enhancement,
I help you find and apply the energy and physical strength to do what
you want your body to do. That could be walking, running, golfing,
playing ball, singing – you name it.
I teach concepts and techniques to find
your energy and strength centers. By understanding and learning about
the centers of energy and strength, you can overcome what prevents you
from performing at peak levels.
If you will place high importance on
your energy development along with your muscle development, you have a
better chance of enhancing real power. Power is created when you
combine muscle action with energy or “chi.” If you do this skillfully
while doing your chosen physical activity, you should be able to
generate forces greater than your size or physique warrants.
What stops power?
What slows energy flows in the body?
What makes you physically weak and
mentally unfocused?
STRESS
blocks energy flow and power development and makes the body weak. I am
not talking about just the stress you feel when you are stuck in traffic
and running late. I am talking about stress that is deeply embedded in
your body by years of using your particular physical and behavioral
coping patterns.
I am your “coach” in the “game” of how
to physically manage, control or eliminate stress in situations. As an
energy coach, I help professionals find and manage their energy and use
it to enhance performance. I use concepts and techniques that I have
developed over the last 25 years by synthesizing time honored martial
arts teachings and the latest research on subjects such as plasticity
psychology.
I coach individuals with specific
performance goals. For example, I have helped clients make measurable
improvements in golf games, walking endurance, and “opening up” a
singer’s voice. I have also helped participants in drug rehabilitation
to cope more effectively with their lives without drugs.
Typically, we start with one one-hour
session. We agree on your goal and usually hit your goal in one, two or
three sessions. During these sessions, I teach concepts and techniques
that you will use and practice in your daily routines. If you do it
right, this does not require extra time commitment.
Individual classes are $70 per hour. I
